The management of these two establishments in Montuïri and Porreres adds in the segment of rural tourism, Es Figueral Nou, who joined the company in the middle of the year.
The Mallorcan Company has diversified its offer in 2016 with three rural hotels that reinforce its commitment to expansion and balance based on quality tourism growth.
With the new incorporations, Ferrer Hotels reach a total of eight establishments in Mallorca.
From the next December, the Ferrer Hotels chain will manage rural hotels Son Manera and Es Riquers in the Majorcan towns of Montuïri and Porreres. These two establishments are added to the segment of rural tourism, Es Figueral Nou, better known as Es Pati de Montuïri, which the company acquired in mid-2016 also in the Pla of Mallorca, whose reopening is scheduled in 2017.
Son Manera has an approximate area of 75,000 square metres; it has one of the only natural grass fields for theIsland’s regulatoryfootball, 25 rooms, a pool, spa, gym, meeting room and a garage for bicycles. Es Riquers occupies 45,000 square metres and has 21 rooms, a swimming pool, and a wellness area and bicycle storage.
These additions to the rural segment represent another step in the expansion and balanced growth of the company into differentiated,high-qualitytourism.
Ferrer Hotels will continue to work on providing the highest quality in the segment of sports and leisure tourism, which in recent years, has become a European reference. With the new incorporations, Ferrer Hotels reached a total number of eight establishments in Mallorca.
