For the past three years, the Triathlon has been held in Can Picafort. This years’ third edition of the triathlon will take place on the 24th of April. Organized by the Town Hall of Santa Margalida, in collaboration with the “Atletic Club Can Picafort” and Ferrer Hotels, this years’ competition will be full of surprises. So we didn’t want to miss the opportunity to encourage you to participate.
For the first time, the triathlon will be held based on the Olympic method, and as by previous editions, drafting will not be allowed. The starting point of the competition will be at 9:30 for the individual category and at 9:45 for the team category, in front of the main entrance of the Hotel Ferrer Concord, in Isaac Peral Street, 95. In the same hotel, between 7:00 and 9:30, the participants can pick up their number* for the sporting event.
Anyone who wishes to participate in the triathlon must register before the 24th of April. The day of the event, late registrations will not be accepted. Those who wish to participate can sign up on the website of EliteChip, where you can also find all the information about the race.

During the competition, all the participants will be awarded a free T-shirt. The price of the entry fee includes: the food during and after the race, massages, bicycle repair shop and showers. However, in case the participants don’t have a yellow chip, they must rent a white chip, with a cost of 3 €. In addition, participants who do not have a valid license, must purchase an insurance for the race, with an additional price of 10 € on top of the entry fee.
As you can see, we are organizing a full sports event at which we hope to see a lot of familiar faces, but also make new friends.
